Kuzeja Clan Pool Party

At long last, we conjure up an excuse to use the pool this year. After all, with central air, there's really no need for a pool.

We had the entire Edward Kuzeja branch of the Kuzeja clan at our house for some fun in the pool, some excellent barbecue, and lots of general relaxation. The pool is far from pristine - as I mentioned on the main page, the pool filter is unhappy these days - but it was no worse than a lake, and the water temperature was pretty close to ideal. So I made my first foray into the pool this year.

Later in the evening we celebrated Jen's birthday with the world's biggest whoopie pie. It caught my eye at the store, and hey, who doesn't like whoopie pie.
